That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping, handling, or restocking fees. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return process.

Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from blockages, physical damage, incorrect installation, or external liquid damage. It is crucial to follow the provided installation guidelines, including the installation of the supplied non-return valve, to ensure proper functionality and warranty validation. Products damaged due to these conditions will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Warranty Service: Repair or Replacement

Once we receive your item at our Service Centre, located at The Core Building, 111 Newton Rd, Eden Terrace, Auckland, we will conduct a thorough inspection to assess the issue. Our primary approach is to repair the item to restore its full functionality. We kindly request that you ensure the pump is cleaned before returning it for service, aiding in a smoother and quicker process.

If a repair is feasible and the product is still under warranty, our skilled technicians will promptly address the issue. However, in cases where a repair is not possible or practical, and the item is under warranty, we will proceed with providing a replacement. We will communicate the outcome and next steps via email, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Services

Our Service Centre at The Core Building, 111 Newton Rd, Eden Terrace, Auckland, offers extensive repair services, even for products no longer under warranty. To expedite the process, we request that you thoroughly clean the pump before sending it in for repair.

Upon receiving and evaluating your item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue. Please note that there is a non-refundable inspection fee for this service, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is not adequately cleaned prior to submission.

After the inspection, we will provide a detailed report of the required repairs, along with a quotation. Our experienced technicians are dedicated to restoring your product to optimal functionality. All out-of-warranty repairs will incur service charges, and customers are responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, parts, and any additional fees.

For transparency and customer satisfaction, we ensure clear communication of all costs and necessary repairs before proceeding. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding out-of-warranty repairs, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.


Refunds are available within the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. If the product is found to be faulty within its warranty period, a replacement will be offered.



You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund received will have the cost of return shipping deducted. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Handling / Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
