General Maintenance:
Every 6-8 months run a strong household detergent through the pump to clean. Then flush it out with hot water.
Make sure that no food and no female sanitary items go through the pump.
Items are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
Warranty
All GreenLeaf macerator pumps come with a 2 year RTB warranty.
For residential use only.
The 2 year warranty does not cover –
Blockages – If a unit is found to have had a blockage then it is not covered under warranty. Wet wipes and female sanitary items are the number one cause of blockages.
Internal use only.
External liquid – If a unit is found to have been exposed to external liquid, weather and liquid has entered the unit externally then it is not covered under warranty. If installed outside is at owners risk but would advise a water tight enclosure.
Not for commercial use.
